Built by someone who has worked in IT, for the people hiring into it.
DeskConnect IT is a new, deliberately focused technical recruiting agency.
DeskConnect IT was founded on a practical, hands-on IT background — the kind built by keeping enterprise systems running, not by reading about them.
That experience shapes how we recruit. We understand what a role involves day to day, so we ask better questions about your environment: its scale, its constraints, and what the person will actually be responsible for.
It also means we can recognize the difference between skills listed on a résumé and practical experience. A platform on a résumé doesn't tell you what someone has built, maintained or fixed.

Precision over volume
A few well-matched candidates are worth more than a long list. We'd rather send fewer, better introductions.
- 02
Respect for everyone's time
Hiring managers and candidates are both busy. Every conversation we start should have a clear reason behind it.
- 03
Honest assessment of fit
If a candidate isn't right for a role — or a search isn't right for us — we say so early.
- 04
Clear communication
You should always know where a search stands, what we're seeing, and what comes next.
| We do | We don't |
|---|---|
| Focus on technical roles across experience levels — from help desk to leadership | Flood you with unsuitable résumés |
| Learn your environment before we start searching | Share candidate information without their permission |
| Give you a straight read on the market and on each candidate | Take on searches outside the technical disciplines we know |
We're a new agency, and deliberately focused.
You work directly with the people running your search, and every engagement gets the attention a specialized role deserves.
Tell us what you're hiring for.
A short description is enough to start. We'll reply to set up a conversation — no obligation.
