02Why it's specialized

The same title can describe very different jobs.

A "cloud engineer" in a 50-person company and one supporting thousands of users across a hybrid estate face different problems. Environment scale, change processes and the systems being supported all shape what experience is relevant.

Hands-on work and oversight are not interchangeable. We separate people who built and operated a system from those who coordinated around it — and we look at which certifications reflect the actual work, and which are simply listed.

04Process

How a search runs.

  1. 1

    Brief

A conversation about the environment, the work and what the person must already know. We write the brief; you correct it.

  2. 2

    Search

We look for people whose experience matches the brief, including people who aren't applying anywhere.

  3. 3

    Screen

Technical conversations about scope, depth and expectations before anyone reaches your calendar.

  4. 4

    Introduce

Short, specific introductions with our notes, then coordination through to a decision.

Single searches or multi-role initiatives — the same approach applies whether you're filling one critical seat or building out a team.
