Privacy policy

Employer inquiries: name, work email, company, job title, optional phone and website, the positions you need to fill, number of openings, timeline, any additional details you provide, and the page you came from.

Candidate submissions: name, email, optional phone, current or desired role, primary skills, location, work preference, optional profile URL, and your résumé file.

To respond to hiring inquiries, discuss employers' needs, and identify and contact candidates about relevant opportunities. We do not sell personal information.

We process information based on the consent you give when submitting a form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to the inquiry you made. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Submissions are stored with a secure cloud provider, encrypted in transit and at rest, with access restricted to authorized accounts. Résumés are kept in private storage and are never published at a public link.

Only authorized DeskConnect IT staff. Candidate information is shared with an employer only with the candidate's permission. Service providers that host our systems process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.

Employer inquiries are kept for 24 months. Candidate data is kept for 24 months from our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

We may use privacy-friendly analytics that count page visits and simple events (such as a form being submitted). No form contents or personal data are sent to analytics.

We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

You can ask to access, correct or delete the information we hold about you. To make a request, use our contact form.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
